BOOKINGS

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your chosen date of an event. Full payment must be made to the vendors office before your departure.

CANCELLATION

Payment can only be refunded if you cancel 72 hours prior to your booked activity. EASYNEPAL cannot be held responsible for cancellation of events or issue refunds due to reasons out with their control. The vendors have set times for meeting for activities, if you do not make it to your meeting point in time, EASYNEPAL can not be held responsible.

INSURANCE

Clients must hold valid travel insurance which covers participation in the choosen activity and includes provisions for emergency service transportation (helicopter rescue). If your insurance company refuses payment of emergency expenses, by signing this form you are accepting responsibility to cover all expenses involved in getting you to a medical facility.

ALTERATIONS

EASYNEPAL reserves the right to make alterations to expedition details, before and after any booking has been received and confirmed. Most of these changes will be minor and we will inform you at the earliest opportunity.

GROUP BOOKINGS

Final numbers of participants must be confirmed no later than 2 days prior to the trip. Failure to do this will result in the client being charged for the full amount of persons initially booked.
